Quantum Packaging has developed a wide range of die-cut lids or diaphragms. We can offer Aluminium, PET, Co-Ex and Paper pre-cut lids that will seal to nearly every base substrate.

UV Flexo print technology is used to keep your up-front costs down without sacrificing print quality. This technology also allows us to print short runs from 50,000 lids upwards and turn round printed orders within 4 weeks. Unprinted orders can be delivered with 3 weeks.

We have hundreds of die-cut lid shapes ensuring tooling costs are kept to a minimum. A list of our standard sizes may be found here.

​The material that you select for your pre-cut lid is critical and care should be taken to match the lidding material with your chosen pot. We are here, of course, to help and advise on the optimum solution.

​We cut films produced by a wide range of suppliers as we recognise that sometimes there are third party films that offer different attributes that may be more applicable to your application. Hence, we have taken the firm decision to not be tied to any one particular die cut lid film supplier.
